Kings Baked Cheesecake

It’s made with a cocoa crust and a rich and creamy cheese filling.

This Polish cheesecake called Sernik królewski has a long tradition. It has a chocolate base and is filled with twarog, a curd cheese similar to quark.
This is an old-school type of cheesecake, it’s more dense and rich than fluffy and creamy.
