Butter Croissant
Have you tried our “Butter Croissants”? They are actually closer to the Czech pastry Loupáček (plural loupáčky) also known as makovka. The taste resembles brioche or a croissant. It is made with a finer dough then a croissant, which is made with a crispy puff pastry. This is a fluffy sweet bread rolled into a crescent shape sprinkled with crunchy poppy seeds.
They are best with fresh butter and a cup of cocoa. Czechs love loupáčky both alone or with butter, honey, or jam.
Served in a 2 pack and available to buy around Ireland.
